By registering and using CoinOrbit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Important Risk Warning

4. Eligibility

• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing financial features

5. Platform Services

CoinOrbit provides AI-assisted digital asset portfolio management tools. The platform does not provide regulated financial advice. All investment decisions are made solely by the user. We are a technology platform, not a licensed investment advisor.

6. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration and KYC
• You must not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account

7. Fees and Transactions

All fees applicable to deposits, withdrawals, and platform usage are disclosed on the platform. Fees may change with 30 days notice.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification, minimum amounts, and platform availability. Processing times may vary by payment method.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or fail KYC requirements. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

All platform content, software, and branding are the property of COINORBIT LIMITED. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
